There is code in [[mw:extension:GeoCrumbs]] intended to check for subpage names like [[voy:Manhattan/Midtown]] and automatically infer {(#isIn:Manhattan}} using the base page name so that 'crumbs' can be generated without explicitly tagging that the subpage "isIn" the corresponding base page.

This code appears to be operating intermittently... [[voy:Wikivoyage:Bad jokes and other deleted nonsense/Dixieland]] are automatically being given BJAODN as parent "region" but other individual subpages (such as the ones under [[voy:Manhattan]]) are not.
