I would find it very useful if [[Special:Ipblocklist]] could be filtered to show
or hide blocks by the category. Suggested categories are

*Inifinite blocks
*All time-limited manual blocks
*Automatic blocks
*time-limited manual blocks >24 hours
*time-limited manual blocks <=24 hours
*Range blocks

If only two categories are possible then these should be:
*infinte blocks
*time-limited blocks

If only three categories are possible then these should be the two above plus
Autotmatic blocks.

Ideally there should be an option to either show or hide each of the categories
individually, or to view all blocks.
