On new page patrol, message says "this change" even if patrolling just page not current revision

Description

If only new page patrol is enabled (no RC patrol), and you go to a page, hit patrol, the message given is that the current change has been patrolled. However in new page patrol its the current page, the current change might not even be the first one.
