Implement claim difference visualization in DiffView

Description

Wikibase\DiffView currently can not properly handle claims. It has code that works only for strings and thus needs some work to nicely visualize claim differences.

Reedy: this is not an enhancement. It's an important feature not currently implemented

Just a quick heads-up: The current plan is to roll this out with the next update on wikidata.org. This is scheduled for next Monday at the moment. Thanks for your bearing with us on this one.

First version got merged. This will work for main snaks but not for references, qualifiers, etc..

When displaying item labels also show the item ID (because there can be several items with the same label).
