On all edits I tried today on a message, see screenshot.

Steps to reproduce: Special:Random and edit seems enough; I no longer see it on the message in the screenshot or other messages I updated, though.

Can no longer reproduce. I think this was resolved a while ago, but I cannot exactly say where/when.

But not going to be fixed. The fix is to TUXify that page.

Tried to reproduce, couldn't do so on https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=mediawiki&language=zh-hans&filter=%21translated&action=translate&setlang=zh-hans, on Google Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m, Windows 8.1. Probably because this bug is pretty old and already has been fixed.
