Workaround: use test2.wikipedia.org.

Sigh.

Reason: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_maintenance_notice

Previously, "test.wp didn't run off the full cluster, just a single apache (and uses the nfs copy)."

<\x08^demon\x08> I think testwiki should be made into a normal cluster wiki like test2wiki.
<\x08^demon\x08> I don't know when it'll get unlocked. It won't be enabled again as-is. Probably needs apache config changes first.

Hence might be a duplicate of bug 43722 in the end when it comes to the outcome.

(and uses the nfs copy)."

...plus see bug 43495 (kill dependency on NFS).

Fixed.

It was always going to be necessary to run MW from the inactive cluster, we discussed this in migration planning meetings. testwiki can continue to work like any other pmtpa MW instance.
