paging for entity selection in statement

Description

Currently it is not possible to add some items to a statement because too many with the same label exist already. In this case only the first few can be selected.

This needs a better solution because the code creates a really messy sort order out of the api as it is now. We have a truncated insertion order from the module.

That is, the "more" link should be there, but it will not solve the root cause without further changes.
