I noticed that if property has deleted, and it's still in use in some of the items (as a statement), we can't see statement there. So I had to restore deleted property and after it delete statements.

This is not necessarily a duplicate of bug 44639. This is just about deletion, which is more simple as what bug 44639 is suggesting; deletion and changing the property of Statements/References to a different one.
