Shouldn't still be a bug with Cirrus, but I'll confirm.

Given how quickly Cirrus's indexes update compared to Lucene, this is likely to not be an issue with CirrusSearch. Given that we're migrating from Lucene to CirrusSearch, I'm marking this as RESOLVED WONTFIX.
