reported by Ryan when accessing openid-wiki from his instance.

We need to make it work with http://openid-wiki.pmtpa.wmflabs/wiki/Special:OpenIDServer/id , but currently Ryan gets "OpenID: aborting in ChooseName because identity_url is missing" in the consumer wiki.
