In the main My uploads view, long image titles (which aren't uncommon) can wrap to 4 lines (maybe more), obscuring way too much of image.

In general, as much of image as possible should be visible and unobscured.

Suggested fix? Ellipsize the text at a certain point perhaps?

Ellipsize, or perhaps scroll? That might induce a bit of vertigo with a tablet full of tiles. But then again, maybe it wouldn't.

Ellipsizing to keep it to one or maybe two lines would be good.

Yeah, will Ellipsize. Scroll would be too awkward and undiscoverable.
