T47456 has been closed, so there is no longer an incentive to deploy this extension on wikitech.wikimedia.org, and given that https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:UserFunctions still has "Warning: The code or configuration described here poses a major security risk", with a date of June 2011, this isn't likely going to be happen anyhow.
