Sidebar underline bug in IE10

Please check this file that I have attached. In IE10, whether it's desktop mode or application mode, there's an underline below every group. I captured this file at English Wikipedia, but it all happens in every Wikipedias and other wikis which use MediaWiki system. Please fix it, thanks.
