[TUX] When the user modifies a translation it should no longer be marked as proofread

Description

Currently the user can mark a translation as proofread and edit the translation, the result is the translation to be marked as proofread.

The resulting translation should have its proofread counter reseted to 0, and the user should not be able to proofread it since its his own translation.
