[TUX] Provide feedback when saving a translation in proofreading mode

Description

Currently there is no feedback when editing and saving a translation in proofread mode. A highlight effect can be used to communicate the state change.
This was used in the following prototype: http://pauginer.github.com/prototype-translate/full-page.html
