Use 'email' instead of 'e-mail' inside api help and error texts

Description

After fixed of bug 45461, that change should also be done for the help and error texts of the api. Perfectly within 1.21 to have it the same. Thanks.

You missed one in the description of action=setnotificationtimestamp

I have moved [[API:E-mail]] to [[API:Email]], you can update action=emailuser accordingly. Thanks.
