Description:
I tried to create new skins using CSS Frameworks. The problem is, that most of the structure is hardcoded. It would be great if there would be a possibility to simply add class to different modules, for example by using mediawikis messages.
Another option would be, that every modul could be somehow designed. Sometimes it would be great to use lists instead of tables, like it is done for category toc.

Could you elaborate, especially what you mean by "most of the structure is hardcoded"?
