Is there an english-speaking representative member of the Chinese community who could act as a liaison with our WMF team for this proposed deployment?

We recommend that you review our proposed release plan, and particularly the checklist of actions we recommend when considering a release of this tool on your site:

From our standpoint, the best time for us to support this proposed release would be summer 2013, tough we would like to start the discussion with your representative as soon as possible, so we can determine a release plan for your site together.

Andre, thanks for including me as a Cc: on this ticket. Going forward, could you also Cc: our developer Matthias Mullie for these types of AFT5 requests, so we're all on the same page? I have also Cc:d Oliver Keyes, because he was the one who started the outreach with the Chinese Wikipedia.

There was some random one-time mentions of AFT5 on zhwiki so I filed this bug, but none of these mentions had any further discussion. Let me ask them whether they really want it first. If it's really wanted, I can behave as the representative.
