Request enabling wmgUseVectorFooterCleanup on Ilokano Wikipedia (ilo). It was enabled by me via MediaWiki:Vector.js since December 2012. The wiki has no active community to gather consensus but has not receive any objections to current set-up from any user. Thanks.

So there is no place on that wiki to at least announce the proposal, just in case there are some active people? That's normally a requirement...

There indeed doesn't seem to be any active community on the wiki, but since the proposal was announced as requested, I just submitted the above patch to Gerrit.
Should be updated on the live cluster in a matter of days. Apologies for the process taking so long, I guess the bug just got lost.
