Description

We're changing from pdns in production to gdnsd. It's good to be using similar things to production and we have a number of bugs and limitations with the pdns-ldap driver. Additionally, the pdns-ldap driver is deprecated, so it's not a bad idea to move away from it anyway.

pdns seems to be the standard backend for designate so I'm reluctant to rock the boat here.
