When we switch to moniker we'll need to write a backend, since the included backend doesn't support pdns-ldap. Since we want to switch to gdnsd anyway, it would be good to write a backend to support that.

Thankfully, gdnsd supports bind style zone files. The majority of the code is already available in moniker's bind backend.
