After uploading new version of SVG image, the file does not update.

Description:
This may be one or two unrelated bugs. Look at this picture on commons:

[[File:Codomain2.SVG|thumb|Codomain2]]

I uploaded new versions, some with the same resolution, some scaled down, but they don't show up everywhere. The description page shows the old version, even though some of the past versions are displayed correctly. Downloading the current file gives an old version. Thumbs on the wiki show old or new versions depending on their width (possibly due to png thumbs cached somewhere). Look here for an example of inconsistent thumbnail behavior:

Thanks for taking the time to report this!

Could you please provide links to where exactly old versions are shown for you, to make sure we talk about the same problems?
Also, on which continent are you located?

This might be very well a duplicate of bug 46976.

Old version is shown.

For me, the old version is only shown *sometimes*, sometimes it's the correct version. It's the same outcome as in bug 46976, so I'm going to mark this as a duplicate.

melikamp: This problem should be fixed now, thanks to Leslie of the Operations team. If it is not, please leave a comment in bug 46976. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
