Steps to reproduce:

I think the problem is that since the page is already deleted the link is malformed to be [[|New Reply]]

any idea where should we point now? or instead show something else there?

Just "New reply created" without link seems ok; or also with the (deleted) note as in your patch, I guess it doesn't harm.
