Description

Since https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/58728/2/includes/site/MediaWikiSite.php wfScript is used to construct the API-URL for Http-Requests to other wikis. This makes no sense as wfScript uses local configuration which can lead to a broken URL.
