We request to add *autopatroll* right (Mark own edits as patrolled) to the *Rollbacker* and *Patroller* groups on es.wikivoyage.
Also that bureaucrats can grant and remove *Confirmed* group.

Just to sum up the discussion: there seems to be a 6-0 support for giving the 'autopatrol' right to the said two groups, and a 3-1 support to allow bureaucrats to add and remove the 'confirmed' group.
I would normally assume that sysops should be able to add that particular group, but since this is exactly what eswiki uses, since all administrators on es.wikivoyage are also bureaucrats, and since this is what they are requesting (and it seems reasonable), I'll just go ahead and add this to bureaucrats.
Will send a commit in a few minutes' time.
