Please modify the MediaWiki:Group-centralnoticeadmin-member message
Nearly all "-member" messages are in lowercase.
This message was added in Gerrit change 50356. In that diff you can see that, for example, group-recursive-export-member, translationadmin-member and group-coder-member, are all in lowercase.

Marco, if you are still interested in getting your first contribution merged to MediaWiki, an option would be to submit a pull request in the GitHub mirror. It's not the official way but since you have been so kind finding the problem and the solution it would be a pity not to complete the cycle because of some problems with Gerrit.
