Is there any standards you could quote for hungarian numeric formats?

Nonintegers are not splited, so the rule can only only be applied of the integer
part of any number.

How does this rules of five digits apply to non-integers?

Integer part is divided into groups of three, counted from the right; the groups
are separated by nonbreaking spaces. In four digit numbers there is no space
(except when they are listed in a column, together with longer numbers).

Integer and fraction part are separated by a comma.

I'm not sure whether fraction part is grouped too, or written continuosly, but
in MedaWiki numbers are rounded to two decimals anyway, so it shouldn't matter.
