Display "Printable version" links on sidebar on Special Pages

It works, it's just not displayed. I can use there being some use to printing certain special pages (lists of users etc), so we might aswell show the option.

The sidebar has generally less items on special pages anyway...

Adding it is fine, but 'printable version' is not very useful. It is really only needed by ancient browsers such as IE3 or FF5 that don't support print rules. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Printable.

True. But random non-technical people got used to "Printable version" links, so MediaWiki has one, even if it's essentially a no-op. :)
