I guess I was thinking that it would be the same as title auto-complete. Maybe. I'm not really sure. When you're typing "Template:Infobox of" it could recommend "Template:Infobox officeholder/" or something, perhaps.
@Krenair: does this seem reasonable? If so, we can probably mark this task as good first task.
I think you'd probably need a new API module to get the suggestions reasonably... Not sure about an good first task tag for this.
