Wrong escaping of the URL in question, coming from https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=TimedText:What_is_Bitcoin?.webm, leads to error "There is no video associated with the current subtitle page".

Steps to reproduce:

Choose video with ? in the filename
CC button
Add language
Choose language
BANG
