We would like to add a small 'Feedback' text link at the top right of the notifications flyout, so we can get more feedback, particularly from new users, who have not contributed much to our survey yet.

This would work the same way as 'Feedback' now works on the archive page, except that we would use this link instead, with a custom value at the end of the URL, so we can track where the feedback came from:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/notifications1?c=flyout

This would only be shown when there is no 'Mark all as read' link in the flyout.

We can retire this link in a week or so, after we have received enough responses from both new and experienced users.
