We need to run the rebuild entity per page script for wikidata, to fill in approximately 40,000 missing entries.

Right now, it selects *all* the pages in the page table, loops through in 1000-page batches, checks if the page is already in the table and skips it.

The script could be improved to select via query only the missing pages and then loop through those.

The script could also use some verbosity and probably the wait for slaves thing that the rebuild term search key has.
