The only reason the messages would be in English is if the strings haven't been translated yet at translatewiki. Not much we can do about that. Regarding the "wrong date format", that's probably a duplicate of bug 47211, although I don't have enough information to tell. What specifically is meant by "wrong date format"? Is it the case of the noun that is incorrect?

The messages are 'monday-at', 'tuesday-at', etc.

Just saw the original report and it looks like the date format issue is a duplicate of bug 47211. Waiting for feedback from the i18n engineers on that.
