Sort groups alphabetically in Special:Translate export tab

Description

On Special:Translate&taction=export it gets quite hard to find the desired group because they're not sorted alphabetically.
(Yes, instead one can first select the group in another tab and then switch.)

Also on LanguageStats and MessageGroupStats then? The dropdown looks faster, but feel free to hijack this bug.
