The expiry of protection is 21/2/2012. There is no further protection so now (26/5/2013) the page should have been unlocked automatically. However, it is still locking for now. I noticed that before 21/2/2012 there is a user moved that page, so I guess that moving page changes expiry of protection to indefinite.
