http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pablo_Gargallo has "Help improve this page" at the bottom, but when you go to submit feedback, I got "Article Feedback page not enabled for this page.".

All wikis with AFTv5 enabled (enwiki, dewiki, frwiki) have the fix in place, so this temp issue is resolved.

I've just pushed another patch to Gerrit to make the verification checks slightly less dependent on data that may be cached.
