FYI: The patch does not provide FOR_INCLUSION in combination with the rvexpandtemplates param

Per T164106: Deprecate parsing and diff options in ApiQueryRevisionsBase, rvexpandtemplates is deprecated now. This could still be done for action=expandtemplates.
