No video on previewing TimedText changes

Description

When editing TimedText, it is only possible to see the result when saving, not when using "Preview changes".

When saving, the video shows up next to the text, so that you can see if it syncs or not. Since the video doesn't show up when previewing changes, there will be many, many saved versions that are just useless.

This is a significant UI issue, and IMO is a bug. The view page shows the player, with the captions included. There is a preview button, and it doesn't show the player - preview does nothing except show the raw text that is visible in the edit box.

I think it would be better to restore the universal subtitles module:

That would gives you a realtime preview and tools to do micro alignment.
