Could you attach a screenshot after bypassing/clearing your browser cache?

Cannot reproduce, and a few other people in the office either. Please attach a screenshot if this still happens after clearing your browser cache.

It still happens randomly but not always... in Firefox.

How can I catch a screen persisting for less than a second, or am I allowed to edit DOM to emulate it?

Maybe it works when <!-- If custom Wikimedia skin --> is placed before <body>?

<body onload=""
      class="bugzilla-wikimedia-org skin-vector yui-skin-sam">

<!-- If custom Wikimedia skin -->

<div id="page-base" class="noprint"></div>
             <div id="head-base" class="noprint"></div>
             <!-- content -->
             <div id="content-container" >
                     <a id="top"></a>
                     <!-- bodyContent -->
                     <div id="bodyContent">

<!-- If custom Wikimedia skin -->

<link rel="stylesheet" href="skins/contrib/Wikimedia/index.css" media="screen" />

If the index.css was included inside the body before like in comment #4 that might have been the culprit? That is not the case anymore. Perhaps it is now fixed?
