Parsoid: full sized images are displayed regardless of a |pictured parameter

In particular it appears that the |pictured parameter in a file link is not being recognised. Take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:PamD in the VisualEditor.

No, it's the : in front of the Image:name, that isn't being recognized.

This is a dupe of bug 48387 which is fixed and deployed as of a few minutes ago but Parsoid's cache needs to be purged for this to show up.
