The ambition is to support IE9 and up; IE10 doesn't add much compared to IE9, but is probably a necessary stepping-stone. If it turns out to be too much work, we'll abandon efforts, but for now, yes, this is on the worklist.

I can't reproduce this in IE10.

Totally conceivable that we fixed this in the past 15 months with the thousands of other changes (3683 since this point by my count). Marking as WORKSFORME.
