Description

The {{{pagenum}}} field that contains the page number is not replaced by its value at the creation of a new Page: page.

This is a regression introduced by change 054c12c725716b1340e010d2d713c0ff5805d51d

This replacement should be done in ProofreadIndexPage::getIndexDataForPage()
