Covers most of the box appears to be for latest chrome (what I have). Other report below from FF:

http://i.imgur.com/rAJqIsa.png from FF23 (huge, on top of whole quote box and appears to be pushing other content away too)

I can no longer reproduce this, nor the issue in either of the duped bugs (T53872, T54431). (Note that you need to look at older versions of the articles, as the problematic markup was changed since the bugs were filed.)
