Description

Neither 'getentities' or 'getclaims' seem to show qualifier hashes, (see http://www.wikidata.org/w//api.php?action=wbgetclaims&entity=q76).

Qualifier hashes are needed for 'removequalifiers' and should probably be available through the api.
