Seen in crossbrowsertesting with IE8 on Windows 7:

Cog icon moves down by few pixels when hovering and the bottom gets cut off.
Could it have something to do with png vs. svg?

On more closer look, the PNG is 15x34, the SVGs are 14x34, but the icons are forced to 14x14 area. In Chrome when zooming in I see one pixels of the SVG icon cut off as well.
