Who should be able to add and remove users from this group? If I understand correctly, you want administrators and bureaucrats to be able to do both?

That'd be highly unusual, but if that's what you want, then I guess I can deal with it :-)

The only group Patroller that we have an equal number of votes. But if it can wait 3 days for Patrollers someone else to vote.

Of course this can wait, take your time :-)

Now activate all groups because voting for all groups completed.

Just to make sure, because I have never seen a request like that before: is there any particular reason why you want both administrators and bureaucrats to be able to add users to that group?

I had a look at https://sh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posebno:Popis_korisnika/bureaucrat and there are no bureaucrats who are not administrators, so perhaps enabling administrators to add and remove users from that group would suffice?

Just askin', I can go ahead and submit a patch anyway.

We have an active 1 bureaucrat on a project that it can work. What then make problems in these groups?
