Bottom bar with summary input field jumps down (editor)

Description:
When on Android 4 (possibly other devices too), when the summary field is focused, it jumps down. This is caused by a similar behaviour in the editor itself where the Cancel/Confirm bar is supposed to jump to the bottom when the keyboard is open.
