Description:
The publication date can be entered as a year, a month and a year, or a day, month, and year. These need to be localized (DD-MM-YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY, etc.). It's currently hardcoded to YYYY, MM/YYYY, or DD/MM/YYYY.
