There are only two images ("[[Ficheiro:"s), but on Google Chrome and Firefox I see 4 images (one of the blinking image and three of the other).

This bug seems to be fixed, I cant reproduce it.

This was a Parsoid bug on fetching images, fixed months ago; marking as such.
