Visual Editor: List of parameters in transclusion editor does not scroll

In the template/transclusion editor tool of the Visual editor a list of parameters is presented when supplied by TemplateData. It is not possible to scroll through this list either with the mouse or with the keyboard, so you can only see the first n entries in the list, with the value of n depending on your window size (see attachment for appearance in my defualt window size (480px high)).

Confirmed in Firefox 22 and Chromium 27.0.1425.0. This renders the transclusion editor basically useless for templates with more than a few parameters.
